ظهور خطأ أثناء انشاء item منmaster items Data not found ما هو الحل

بعد تثبيت اوراكل R12على ويندوز سيرفر 2008 32 bit يظهر لى هذا ERROR frm 92101 java expection انا اظن الخطاء فى اعدادات المتصفح internet explorer قمت بتثبيت java التى مع الاوراكل ارجو المساعدة

السلام عليكم إخوتي ، انا استخدم نظام Oracle 11i لشئون الموظفين والذي هو مربوط بجهه اخرى المشكلة ان بعض الاجهزه يعمل النظام بشكل ممتاز ولكن البعض الاخر لا يعمل ويعطيني هذه الــ exception exception fndforms.jar ولا أدري لماذا !! ولا لماذا في بعض الاجهزه دون غيرها. أرجوا المساعدة وجزيتهم خيرا
